Browse & Place an Order

Select sachet water bags and choose how many you need. Pick your preferred delivery date and add your delivery address. One-off orders and subscriptions are both available.

Pay & Upload Your Receipt

Transfer your total to our bank account, then upload a photo or PDF of your receipt in your dashboard. Your order moves to "Payment Uploaded" status instantly.

We Verify & Deliver

Our admin reviews your receipt (usually within a few hours). Once approved, your order is dispatched to a driver who delivers straight to your doorstep. Track status live in your dashboard.

How Subscriptions Work

Subscribe once and never worry about running out of water again. Save ₦10/bag while you're at it.

Choose a Plan

Pick weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly delivery. Select how many bags per cycle. Subscriber price is ₦180/bag vs ₦190 standard.

Pay Each Cycle

We send you a reminder 3 days before your next billing date. Transfer payment and upload your receipt as usual.

Priority Delivery

Active subscribers get priority in the delivery queue. Your bags arrive before one-off orders in the same zone.

Cancel Anytime

No lock-in period. Pause or cancel your subscription from your dashboard at any time, no questions asked.

How long does delivery take?

Once your payment is verified, delivery is typically same-day or next-day depending on your zone and time of order.

What bank account do I transfer to?

Bank account details are shown on your order page after placing an order. Contact us at +234 814 7052 487 if you need them in advance.

Can I order for someone else's address?

Yes — you can specify any delivery address within our coverage zones when placing an order.

What if my receipt is rejected?

We'll notify you with a reason. You can re-upload the correct receipt or contact us for assistance.

How do I track my order?

Log in to your dashboard. Every status change (verified, dispatched, delivered) is shown in real-time.

Are there bulk / wholesale prices?

Yes. One-off orders above a certain quantity qualify for bulk pricing at ₦170/bag. Contact us for large orders.
